CHECK IN/SETUP WILL BE 5:30-7:30PM ON THURSDAY, JULY 3, 2024. Early setup is available for $50 (no earlier than Wednesday, July 2nd @ 8am) and must be arranged with the office at chamber@shinertx.com. Check here if you will be paying for early check-in.

I acknowledge understanding that is the responsibility of the chief cook to ensure all team members follow event, health department, and CBA rules. Violations may lead to disqualification. Prohibited items include horses, pets, firearms, fireworks, glass containers, keg beer, and loud music after midnight.

By participating, entrants, spectators, and participants waive liability claims against the Champions BBQ Alliance and related parties and agree to indemnify them. Misconduct or failure to follow organizer instructions may result in removal from the event. Non-compliance could lead to injury, death, or disability.

Any media taken by the CBA or Shiner Chamber of Commerce may be used for future promotions. All participants agree to abide by event rules.
