I, the head cook, am a resident of Lavaca County and am eligible for the local award category.

I acknowledge understanding that is the responsibility of the chief cook to ensure all team members follow event, health department, and CBA rules. Violations may lead to disqualification. Prohibited items include horses, pets, firearms, fireworks, glass containers, keg beer, and loud music after midnight.*

By participating, entrants, spectators, and participants waive liability claims against the Champions BBQ, Shiner Chamber of Commerce and its Board of Directors, Alliance and related parties and agree to indemnify them. Misconduct or failure to follow organizer instructions may result in removal from the event. Non-compliance could lead to injury, death, or disability.*

Any media taken by the CBA or Shiner Chamber of Commerce may be used for future promotions. All participants agree to abide by event rules.*
